Frank Goodman - Convention Center Convention Center Director Director: Frank Goodman Email: fgoodman@columbusms.org Serving Since: April 1987 Duties / Responsibilities: Director of Trotter Convention Center, City Property Manager for the City of Columbus, and manager of operattions for the Friendship Cemetary. Oversees Convention Center operations, and the maintenance of all the City of Columbus buildings. Completes all phases of the budget management for the department, Administers all departmental personnel activities and handles all purchasing for the department. Frank has worked in inventory control and sales. He is the first director of the convention center and has over twenty five years of on the job experience. Experience: Graduate of S D Lee High School and Mississippi State University. Family Information: Married, has one son, one daughter, and seven Grandchildren. Hunting, fishing and Mississippi State Baseball are some of his passions. Interests / Hobbies: Member of Mt.
