Forensic LabThe Columbus Police Department intends to use the 2009 Justice Assitance Grant a total of $17,000 to purchase a fingerprint system component. Citizens have 30 days to contact George Irby (245-5067) for any concerns or complaints regarding this award. July 23, 2009 is the cut-off for registering issues.

Please contact the Columbus Police Department (662-244-3500) to reach lab personnel that can provide you with information on analytical services, pricing and logistics. Internship and Job Shadowing Program: The Columbus Forensic Lab offers positions for internships and job shadowing. One internship position is open per college semester. For your application to be considered it must be complete and submitted at least one month before the course required start date.
